How soon will I receive my report?

You will receive your building inspection report and your termite timber pest inspection report within 24 hours of being carried out.   

How long will the inspection take?



Depending on the size of the property both the building and timber pest inspections will take approximately 90 minutes to three hours.   

What type of things are reported?

The inspector will report on structural damage, drainage issues, water leaks, ventilation problems, standard of workmanship, age and constructions of the property and much more.

How often should I have an inspection?

A building inspection should be carried out at least every 10 years, a termite inspection should be carried out no more than every 12 months, termites can cause irreparable damage within 2 years.
